You're all being a little hard on TonyB I think. Who's to say what
should be asked in a survey (albeit, I have to agree, it's unusual).
Lance Birch asked for ages and that is usually taboo though most
everyone didn't hesitate to fill his out.
Someone asked me about adding racial demographics to my POV World Map. I
politely turned down the suggestion since that would essentially mean
everyone would need to resubmit the form. I was curious about this
aspect long ago myself while going to AOL chats, yet I never thought it
prudent to ask and I seldom think of it enough to have tried including
the question in my web page form for the map. Heck, it took me a while
to decide on the IMP member distinction (none visible even now), and was
kind of cornered on that one when another similar map was known to
exist.
I live in an area that's pretty mixed culture-wise or whatever you might
call it and there's plenty of chance POV-Ray users might be also. Guess
we'll never know.
Funny thing is I got the feeling Tony was kind of asking this sort of
thing indirectly with the eye and hair color thing, wouldn't come close
to the right answer through assumptions such as this.
Anyway, call me ridiculous for defending this "new survey" a little, but
hey, I have an IQ of 143 according to that test. I couldn't be too
ridiculous, now could I ?:)
